Scout

Find who to sell to. Write in their voice.

For a company that already knows what it does, and needs the next conversation to sound like them.

Scout is not a pile of email templates and it is not a generic SDR bot with your logo in the footer. The agents belong to one company. They read what you actually do — the offer, the language, the people you already serve — then find who you can sell to, who to speak with, who to mail.

Finding who to sell to is the first job. Not scraping a category and hoping. The agent has to know the book: who you already closed, who you already lost, who looks like them, who is out of bounds. If it cannot say why this person is on the list, they are not on the list.

Then it writes. Cold reach in that company’s brand language. Not a tone slider, not “professional / casual / witty.” The sentences have to survive a person who works there reading them aloud. If they would not send it themselves, it is not the company’s voice.

Then they revise. The loop is write, check against the brand, write again, until it sounds like you. Memory here is the brand and the book — what was said, what was refused, what must never be claimed. If it still reads like every other outreach tool, it is not done.

Policy sits on the same agent, not in a sidebar the operator forgets. Who must not be mailed. What must not be claimed. When a human has to take the last word. Spend, cadence, and silence are rules, not vibes. The agent cannot charm its way around them.

The operator loop is a person with the book. They see the list, they see the draft, they can stop a send, they can correct a sentence, they can refuse a claim. Scout does not get the last word by default. That is the difference between an agent that belongs to a company and a tool that mails as you while you sleep.

Intake is the company itself: the offer, the site, the language, the people already served. Tools are the systems it may actually use to find and to write — not a metaphorical “sales stack.” If it cannot be named, it is not a tool.

Scout is specified for one operator’s book, not for “sales teams” as a category, and issued as its own product under ado works. If a neighbour can paste the same assistant into another business unchanged, it is not Scout.
